We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. Special thanks to Vunga and the restaurant team who went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Their kindness and dedication to their work truly stood out. The breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect - close to all amenities, the train station, shopping mall, and fantastic restaurants. The hotel itself was spotless and comfortable which made extending our stay an easy decision. I highly recommend this place and look forward to visiting again.

We came in way way early in the morning because we had to attend an event somewhere near the vacinity. We met duty manager Hari and requested early check in if there was a room available just to wash up and rest a while before attending the function. We had to pay of course but it is ok. How lucky of us that there was one and he actually upgraded our room also. Great news for us so early in the morning. His welcoming and cheerful vibe was nice. Great job Melia. Room was nice and clean. Hotel is situated next to a shopping center. Parking was at level 7 and don’t forget to validate your touch and go card before leaving. Wi-fi is good. Not much choice for breakfast and wished there was more choices. Check out is easy. *Please compliment the above mentioned staff as he truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Your friendly demeanor and professionalism at the check in made a great impression. Thank you!

Large room with a nice view from the 16th floor. The room was modern and had good lighting. There were also some extra touches like a steamer instead of an iron, and a lamp with a wireless charger. The TV is a Samsung so you can mirror your screen if you have a Samsung device. But there were some English movie channels as well. The staff was friendly. Definitely value for money! It's next to a mall, EkoCheras, with a supermarket, restaurants (Mostly Chinese). There is another mall within walking distance through a tunnel, called Leisure Mall. It's also close to public transport.

Overall the stay was good. Room is very spacious and the ceiling was high. Layout was practical and amenities were well provided with the price I paid for. We called for the housekeeping and maintenance team for the aircond (which we did not know how to play about with the settings) and the response team responded and act very fast and swiftly. I must say thank you and kudos the all the friendly staff

The location is superb! Who would have thought there sited a decent 4-stars hotel at Cheras area. Staffs are very attentive (thanks Aida and Nastassia), especially Nastassia because I have requested for a room change/upgrade from common room to Loft type at night time 9pm+, she responded really quick and the whole process took around 15mins only. Kudos! The overall ambience is great and really exceeded my expectation, it's clean and lovely while we were in the hotel. Gonna stay in again in the near future.

A good hotel is totally defined by the friendly staffs, interiors and facilities available. INNSiDe hotel is one of those hotels where you will get it all. Me and my wife stayed there for a week and they have provided everything we have requested. We arrived the hotel with a small surprise for the birthday celebration. Breakfast was excellent and their pastries are amazing, loved the chocolate cake. A must for all to try. Highly recommend this hotel and looking forward for our next stay on November. Breakfast was wonderful and the location. i have enjoyed the breakfast and had different varieties.

Their services are very tiptop, every staff were welcoming and good in PR. They give us complimentary cakes for my wife's birthday with wishes card, the effort is A++. The pool is so huge, the gym very nice, the room is tidy and beautiful. Have a connection with Eko Cheras Mall.

The hotel is accessible to nearby MRT and it is convenient for us to explore the KL city. The linked Eko Cheras Mall also makes us easier to find food when starving. The staff is friendly and polite in solving our problem. The mattress and pillows provided are relatively comfortable that make us faster to fall asleep. We also found that the environment is quite cozy because we have been allocated to the room at the corner. The water pressure inside the bathroom is satisfied.
